Start in the rear, you'll learn more..
My son will be running a 06 twister cyclone, I will be in a 02 twister ss..Like you stilly this will be my first time racing a Kart watched my son have so much fun last year, the old man has to give it a try.

You'll have a blast. Be patient and watch. Get the feel of what your kart can do before you push it too hard. You'll probably spin a few times but that's how you learn how hard to push it.
It'll take three days to wipe the grin off your face. ::tHuMbUp::

I guess really the big thing would be to have your kart scaled. if you have the means of doing so. It's really all about handling then you can start anywhere really. Just have fun, the rest will come to you and like uncle dave said talk to others and watch. The Brr has alot of good guys that are willing to help you if they can.

you should really just drop back in the pack and watch some of the lines the other racers are running, that way you can know when to pass them or not
